This home has a Burnside address, but actually sits on Elva St., which is a quiet little dead end that parallels Burnside. The MAX runs directly in front of this house, but it is not near any stops and after spending about 3 hours there, I was really surprised at how quiet the MAX train was as it streamed by. Much quieter than some cars and trucks! Not surprisingly this completely remodeled and updated home has a sale pending on it.
